Unit Rcrds User License Agreement
By accessing or downloading any sounds, samples, loops, presets, plugins, or other products from Unit Rcrds or any authorized distributor, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms set forth in this license agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully to understand the terms governing the use of our products.
Ownership: You do not acquire ownership rights to any sounds, samples, loops, presets, plugins, or other products from Unit Rcrds. All rights, title, and interest in and to the products remain the exclusive property of Unit Rcrds. Your purchase or download grants you a non-exclusive license to use the products according to the terms outlined herein.
Usage Restrictions: Unauthorized copying, duplication, lending, renting, broadcasting, resale, uploading, or downloading of our products to any database, server, blogs, file-sharing services, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited. This license is granted to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Any violation of this agreement will result in legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
Derivative Works: You may not use Unit Rcrds products, either individually or in combination with other sounds, to create derivative sample packs or similar products for distribution or sale.
Clarification:
You are not permitted to resell our products, upload them to any online platforms, or claim ownership of the sounds, samples, loops, presets, plugins, or any other products. Instead, you have acquired a license to use them in your original compositions (songs). Redistribution, modification, or any form of distribution beyond the terms of this agreement is strictly prohibited.
Royalty-Free Usage: Unit Rcrds products are 100% royalty-free. You may use them in both non-commercial and commercial projects without the need for sample clearance. This includes personal use, beat leasing, uploading to streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, iTunes), selling beats, TV/film placements, or major placements.
Limitation of Liability: Unit Rcrds shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products, regardless of the form of action. By using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold Unit Rcrds harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the products.
Copyright Notice: You may not claim copyright over any compositions that include Unit Rcrds loops. Copyright for compositions must be obtained without incorporating any Unit Rcrds loops.
